Dubai is a city of extreme rich and poor people. There is a quote about rich people: "there are people so poor that the only thing they have is money".
And an ice rink of course, how can you live here surrounded by desert and temperatures of 40 degrees centigrade without a proper ice rink? By the way; this picture is WISIWYG; What I Saw Is What You Get, no photoshop or HDR.
