Back up lamp

This little beastie is my back up light when the power goes. And gone it has due to earthquakes or fixing faults. It's a fragile system. Don't be fooled by the small size, it's powerful and cleverly designed.

Waking isn't hard, moving is. I was sore and stiff this morning when I got out of bed and it didn't really ease. I think I overdid things yesterday. I went to work but was sent home again after a few emails and tasks. I won't be back until my body feels easier.

So, it's a matter of resting and keeping pain relief going. Time and rest is what my ribs, bruises and grazes need.
