Unlucky for some
Specifically the residents of Burntisland who are being lashed on here. Mind, it was moving pretty fast so I doubt anyone was flooded out.
A day of mad clouds and difficult photos. Difficult because the Environmental Landscape Photography course was on a ramble around Swanston. 2pm on a bright afternoon - shadows, blown out skies, under-exposed foregrounds. It's why I like the morning. Anyway, a nice wander and some nice photos, including this.
But not before a nice curry at the mosque with Mr Sitting where plans for photography projects were discussed. No pressure, but I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Turns out that one of the co-students on this course is also a relatively new blipper - Hillson.
Oh, and the filters are properly neutral - no colour cast at all. That makes it a bit of a bargain since at the moment you can get 6 filters (three ND and three grads for £100). I also got a 10 stop filter for £39. Not as cheap as welding glass but a lot easier to use. They're here if you're interested.
