Wednesday 25 May 2011: Rose window
An early start before it gets too hot and a good morning spent ticking everything off the 'to do' list, included dropping the dreaded tax forms (completed) in to the office in Pézenas a whole five days before the deadline. I hope that's it for another year. I even managed to make aïoli (garlic mayonnaise) to go with sardines bought in the market for lunch.
