Friday 27 May 2011: Street life

Old Compton Street is the hub of Soho.

I met Weef at Foyles and visited the children's book illustration exhibition in the gallery (no, I didn't know there was one there either).

After lunch we went to the NPG to see Ida Kar and Hoppe. Kar was great, she had an excellent eye. Hoppe on the other hand was a disappointment.
