Tuesday 21 June 2011: Tulip 'Red Sparks'
Part of my gift to my Mother for her 82nd birthday. Lovely to have fresh growing flowers in the house. Birthday calls from family around the world kept Mum occupied and then this evening we had a meal out with family who live locally. Mum thoroughly enjoyed her Pork and Apple Hotpot and I did justice to a Chicken and Bacon salad. Nice glass of wine and amiable conversation made for a lovely evening.
