Mystery blip

This is absolutely the only thing I found to blip today. You might think I didn't try very hard, but I did...and got all sweaty in the process. The only redeeming thing about this blip is the light, and that's why I blipped it. Do you know what it is? Feel free to make a guess. There's no surprise for the "winner", but think of the sense of accomplishment it would give you to name this item?
