Storm brewing

The weather gurus have been warning us - storm brewing..........cold, nasty, wintery storm.

It was hard to believe them this morning when the sun was shining and the heat of the sun on my back as I hung out my washing felt like spring really was here. By this afternoon though things were very different. Tempertures plummeted, rainy squalls forcing me to rescue the washing from the line, clouds becoming ominous..........

Yup - the weather gurus were right.

And it's set to be with us for the best partof the week. They've even had light snow flurries falling on the streets of Wellington - apparently unheard of.

Bed beckons - nice, warm snuggly bed.
