This is the Katoomba Courthouse - sans the icky newer extension. I guess the way the US is going they might not even need courthouses soon.

I've somewhat lazily reused the quote from 364 days ago - because I saw it again and liked it.

I used my usual B&W conversion (red filter about halfway, green about 3/4, and blue around 1/5 to 1/4; duplicate layer set to overlay, with about 75-80% opacity), sharpened it, and added a second "overlay" layer at around 20% opacity.
