Wednesday 28 December 2011: A Bit Of Back Lighting
I was looking forward to taking #2 Daughter out to take some photos down the lake but, by the time the two of us were free to go out a gale was blowing.
Kat said the tripods would be unsteady in this wind. I wondered about a sheltered location. The rain started. I considered shots from the car. I gave up!
I've got some flowers for an emergency blip, I said.
But, don't misunderstand my motives. This is not an emergency flower blip! Oh, no! I've just been waiting for a babyless day to try out my new flash unit! So many switches to put into so many positions!
