Sauce de la Pasion

Bariloche is situated on the Lago Nahuel Huapi which is a truly massive lake. To keep cool in the summer heat the locals head to one of many lakeside beaches. We joined them today walking about 9km out of Centro to the small beach called Playa Bonita.

We lasted about 2 hours before the sun started to burn. On the way back we stopped off at one of our favorite gelati shops called Jauja. They are very generous with their serving portions and you get a tiny little spoon to eat it.

I was happy with today's gelati choice. Lemon Pie on top and Sauce de las Pasion on the bottom.
