Ham, eggs and chips

I have restructured my menu for the next couple of months as it's very quiet. So i have combined the bar and a la carte menu into one and also made a specials board. HEC is on the specials board, the eggs are from our own chickens. The ham is from local pork and was cooked by the butcher and the chips made by me! The chutney is a spiced caramelised onion and tomato one, one of my personal favourites.

College tomorrow, it is going to be my first theory lesson. I hope it'll go well. I have to wear a shirt and TIE!!! haha
