Tuesday 24 January 2012: Glass and shadow
My friend, Phillipa Headley made this beautiful glass bowl. There is a hole in the top and it is hollow inside. This why I call it a bowl, although its shape is more like a ball.

It was a bit of a gray day here today, so I thought that Phillipa's glass would make a more colourful blip.
Attended my first yoga class in years this evening and it was great ('though it makes realise what an old stiffy I have become!).
