I am too tired to go for a run whilst the girls are at Brownies and am sitting here listening to Ozzy Osbourne

I am not sure I have a good enough excuse for either to be honest!!

I have half an hour to get the lyrca out, the bad rock off and the motivated head on: come on woman, turn this around, bed time will be so much better if you have earnt it.
