Friday 17 February 2012: Windows Abstract

Several small items to attend to in the city this day. Paying the rates was one and required a walk along city corridors to get to the council office.
Our town hall is presently being earthquake strengthened and has scaffolding blanketing its shoulders.
Across the road from the back of the town hall is a relatively modern building housing several offices and reflecting quite well the patchwork feel of that part of our city.
