Monday 20 February 2012: Mating gulls
I had a few shots today from Emeryville Marina that I liked, but I decided on this one. This was quick: one gull swooped down on the other, and a few moments later they were swimming apart.
I picked this one because I've never shot anything like it and may never again. But here are my other choices:
