Wet day

Today has rained ALL day, so if nothing else it was a chance for me to get out there with my new macro lens and have a play. I'm not totally happy with anything I've taken today but I'm at least starting to get the hang of this lens. I've managed to get some droplets and the textures of the stem and bud anyway.

The shape of the bud makes me think of Audrey in "The Little Shop of Horror" - looks as appropriately insatiable as she is.

The two tiny white dots leading up to the right are tiny droplets on a super fine cobweb.
