Wednesday 11 April 2012: Tartan army
Finally got the last pieces of my new kilt rig-out today. I had a kilt for nearly 30 years that I wore to functions. My son has that one now so I've been amassing the various bits and pieces - sporran, buckle, socks etc - over the past year or so.
The tartan is Macdonald of Clanranald (muted) which I'm qualified to wear on my mother's side of the family. This one will last me for life.
