Friday 13 April 2012: Bitter orange creme brulee

I love this as it's close to my heart. Bitter orange, or Seville orange, Citrus Aurantium Amara, little chef was named after the fruit. So I was pleased to find it on the menu today for a ruby wedding anniversary tomorrow. I made loads of them so that we can put it on the normal menu too.
