Wednesday 25 April 2012: Arc and sky - Bucharest

On the way out to a meal this evening we drove past the Bucharest "Arcul de Triumf". The sky was bruised and the wind blowing - apparently ,however , the day was lovely till the Scots arrived at 5.00 !
