Tuesday 1 May 2012: Work, work, work.
Some clients can be SO demanding!
They drag you away from your desk and make you tramp along the clifftops on sunny days. Look at beautiful scenery, fascinating historical sites and unusual wildflowers. Then they insist that you stop for lunch at excellent cafes which sell lemon curd fairy cakes.
All in the name of research. making the job a lot easier and the results much more interesting but I did end up with a sunburnt nose.
P.S. Paddy, the bearded collie, isn't the client. He was our 'Lassie' stand in, just in case we fell over a cliff and needed someone to bound for help.
