Today's the day ......................... to stay indoors

A cold, very wet and windy day today. The sort of day that you just don't want to even put your nose outside. A day to light the fire and settle down with a good book, watch Pointless on TV, eat nice food and generally chill.

Oh - and do those exercises - ten times each - at frequent intervals throughout the day ...........................
