Sunday 12 October 2008: Dam!
Went to Carron Valley mountain biking today. Great fun and a lot quieter than Glentress. My first 'red' graded run and a couple of quite exciting sections!
At friend's for dinner and Mrs42 is off out to "Sing Along an Abba" ... so no doubt I'll be treated to a sing song on the way home :-)
