Engine Tuned Up

Sauvie Island is one of the largest river islands in the U.S. It is surrounded by the Willamette River and the Columbia River. About twenty minutes north of Portland, it is "flat". It is mainly agricultural, with a wildlife preserve, nude beach and very cool herb farm. It is a mecca for bicyclists, and a bicycle was the only 'moving' vehicle we saw for around ten minutes of this blip. There are produce stands and u-pick fruit options!!
In the fall it is pumpkin patch heaven. And spring rains are famous for sprouting vintage vehicles. You never know what's going to come up because they are generally biennials.
Side view for prospective buyers.

Since I often post later than those over yonder, just a reminder, ST01, or SoapboxThursday starts for a short run challenge in a couple of days.
Here is an opportunity for polite tirades, about what you think is not working in our universe, or something to make it work better. I hesitated going in this direction but got the hint from a few this would be stimulating. Be frivolous or serious.
