Rainy geranium

It hasn't let up for a minute here. Thank goodness it was better news for the wonderful Jubilee Pageant on the River Thames. Magnificent barges and other boats making up the flotilla as it escorts the Queen in sheer British pageantry.

Joey, the puppet horse from "War Horse" has just performed on the roof of the National Theatre, and there have been all sorts of displays and performances in celebration of this marvellous 60 years of her reign.

I'm sure we're getting the best view on television, but it would have been amazing to have been there and taken part.

I just took a short trip into my garden, braving the rain, and found my favoutie geranium looking well washed out.
