FOUR HETEROPTERA CREATURES

In the picture you see only three, because one is still hidden under the leaf.
That makes them two couples. Enjoying the lovely weather.
And so did we. In the morning we drove to Sielen, a village near Trendelburg. Some time ago I had read in the papers that Sielen waited for storks to come to nest there.
The drive in the beautiful landscape, with the yellow rape fields around us, on the slopes.
When we came in Sielen we wondered where the stork nests would be.
The friendly man who we asked the way, told us simply to come with him. We walked through his garden and at the end where the Diemel river was, he pointed to a large pole and said, only the head of the female can be seen. There were at least four other poles, but no storks had made a nest in these.
We stood there for some time and had a pleasant talk.
A bit further away we saw a couple of camels standing and staring at us.
When we wandered around in the village, we came near these exotic animals and I took pictures of them too. An extra photo!
On our way back we visited the tower of Trendelburg, where the fairy tale of Rapunzel has been located. An enormously long plaid hang from a window.

My haiku:

Come along have fun
In the green foliage we
Will have a gay dance

And the proverb:

Labour is light where love doth pay.
