Clearance

It's been cold day for June but mostly sunny, with the odd shower.  Brrrr, that northerly wind is bitter!

It's my weekend on in the museum and it's been a busy day.  We had a carers conference on in the auditorium too, think it went smoothly after a few technical problems to start with.  I had a great group on a guided tour around the museum too, plenty of questions thrown at me and managed to answer most :)
Spent the evening out walkies with Sammy and then popped along my sister Laura for a few hours.
Feet up for the night now :)

Me and Sammy headed south to go investigate some old house near Clumlie.  Sammy had a great time in the hill with a few rabbits running about, one even ran out in front of from under his nose :)  These old ruins lay derelict from the clearances in the 19th century, wonder what the tounship would have been like in it's hay day?  Looking south towards Sumburgh Head in the distance.
