As you can tell from Nic's windswept look, today was rather stormy.
It's her birthday in a couple of weeks.
Today we threw her a surprise ceramic painting party.
Most of us went on the train this morning, then the rest brought Nic in the car with them. She didn't know where she was being taken, but I think she was pleased with her surprise. We all painted stuff and ate cake. Twas nice.
