Bouncy, bouncy emails...

Sigh!
Why do so many people (and this is only some of them) have email accounts that can't receive attachments of more than about 1 MB?

If anybody out there knows how to make a 10MB PDF file into something about a tenth the size without significant loss of resolution, I'd be pleased to hear about it.

I'm a bit sick of this.
