Sunday 10 June 2012: Facing the Pub
My brother-in-law Mick died unexpectedly in January and we called in to see sister-in-law Mary on the way back from orienteering in Doncaster today. A group of young offenders have been doing their community service by creating a community space in Mary and Mick's village and we have a bench placed there in memory of Mick, this is it. Mary asked them to make sure it was facing the pub (just through the trees). He would have liked that.
