DERELICT SUNDAY CAPTURE

Our day started with the news of the two horrible terror attacks in Brussels.
A terrible shock! My thoughts are with the persons who lost in minutes their beloved ones, and the wounded, brought to hospitals.

After lunch we went for our walk. We drove to the Forellenhof, parked there and walked to the Taufstein (baptismal stone). The water inside the stone was filled with leaves and Piet Hein emptied it.
From there we took a new path, that would lead us to a well.
It had started to rain, first only a bit, later rather hard. Walking in a forest makes that the trees capture the most of it.
Seeing the old movable lookout, I immediately saw my chance for the derelict challenge, hosted by rainie.
We did not wander too long in the woods, with a big bow we reached the car and drove to Beverungen. I found it high time to buy some cheerful plants for the balcony.

My haiku:

Lost in the forest
Amidst the fallen and felt
Trees thundering sounds

And the proverb:

He/she that falls to-day, may rise to-morrow.
