baby bee...

...be a baby - baby bee

are bee's babies first? do they come this small? or is this something else?

i sort of stumbled upon this tiny itty-bitty insect... then became rather fascinated with it... it's doing everything a bee does - but it's not like there was a mama bee around mentoring it or anything...

so then i began to wonder - being the wondering type i am... in the grand scheme of nature - how all that works with new bees... newbies - get it? boo! okay - i guess that was kind of lame... but it's my birthday today so i should be allowed 1 lame thing - i suppose i've blown it now... at any rate - i thought this little gal was the cutest thing ever and seeing as how i've never seen one quite so tiny clinging to a flower - she made my day...
