Charlotte and her Smart Car.

Here's Charlotte beside her new smart car...it is so cute...but man is it small!!!  I was down in Baddeck early this morning to meet her daughter Jenn, who has been foraging fiddle heads for the past few years ....i got the last 2 lbs which she picked this morning!!!  Looking forward to a yummy fiddle head salad this evening...then i'll freeze some of them.

Working away in the studio....but in other news:  we have a pair of barn swallows setting up home in the addition next to the studio....i've had the door open most of the day and they keep coming in the wrong door!!!   pretty crazy to have 2 swallows darting about the studio.   Had to close the door for awhile, hoping they will get the picture!!!
