...from the French, parcours, meaning surmounting physical obstacles in the environment. I call it free running. So do many others.

I'll admit that I'd never heard of until recently, when someone at a training g mentioned a " " "Parkour Santas card". I've got my new catalogue now and I can see the Santas running over the rooftops. Good on 'em!

I am going to Bath for a house sit tomorrow, but I have not yet packed. So much planning for my Christmas card selling campaign! I' cw even done my accounts. I am hoping to get into the black some time this year. Not yet...
