A close call!!

I was dead heading and generally tidying up the garden this morning. I thought that this moth was a dead leaf and almost cleared him away!!!
 
Another search on the iPad showed that he is an Angle Shades Phlogophora meticulosa
 
I found another caterpillar similar to the one I blipped yesterday, but only half the size…tiny!!
   
We spent ages this afternoon booking accommodation for our trip to Scotland. We booked the Aberdeen and Aboyne stays a couple of months ago, but left the Fort William, Forres and Banff accommodation until now. It wasn’t easy, but they are sorted now :0)

Now to sort out clothes for the trip :0(
