Perfect balance!
Today was one of those rare days....there has been such a balance of energy! (i just deleted everything...so here's a shorter version - probably just as well!)
The market was hot and busy and i had a great day there. When i got home, exhausted, it is an intense 6 or so hours.....i headed for my bedroom and stripped off...it's been very hot here.....and had a delicious nap!
Our new wwoofers, Victor and Julie arrived last night, they are totally delightful, eager to learn and totally involved! when i awoke the house was silence, everyone had gone fishing with Terry....what a blissful feeling! At this time of year it is a rare occasion that i find the house empty! and as much as i love the energy, i crave a bit of solitude now and then!
After a delightful swim in the pond, and a rare few moments relaxing on the dock, watching the dragonflies, the fish jumping....and reflections - i was returned to a lovely state of Balance!
The mackerel are cooking on the BBQ, the beer is cold, and the salad is fresh.....what more could one ask for!
