Clouds Galore!

Looking out of the window as I write this, you would not believe that ten minutes ago the sky was so dramatic. I sat in Becks' window for some time taking numerous blips and trying to decide which part of the sky to choose. There were different levels of cloud and the setting sun reflecting off them, simple pleasures!

We have been catching up on chores today which included a visit to the Blue Barn for huge sacks of bird food and a squirrel/jackdaw proof suet feeder. Tony suggested a surprise detour to Harlow Carr for lunch where in Betty's Cafe I had the most delicious lettuce, pea and mint soup with cheese and chive roll, yum!
