Here we have a masterclass in puncture repair from MrTFP and it was a privilege to stand around nodding to the passing cyclists and watching him at work prying off the tyre and pulling out the tube to find the sliver of sea shell that had embedded itself on the prom and spent the next 5 or 6 miles working its way through the tyre and the tube.
