Chickadee in a tree

Out this morning, but none too early, for my exercise walk in the park. Did my three miles at an average speed of 3.3 mph. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal of 4 miles at 4 mph or less. Today has been a hot one, with a high temperature of 92 degrees predicted. Thankfully, the prediction for the next week is a bit cooler.

After I finished with the huffing and puffing, I took a bit of a wander down the trails and found a bench to sit on. That's where I spotted this little chickadee.
