Down at the pond.

It has been a glorious day here, warm (+18C) and blue skies....such a wonderful relief from the past few days....lots of rain, which actually reduced the snow a lot!  Sat outside in the sun then took probably the first walk down to the pond...without having to trudge thro snow, such a delight!

Had a treatment with Rae again today, 2nd one this week....doing laser on my back and cupping on my knee!   laser work is great, i do nothing and feel nothing.   however the cupping on the knee muscles is pretty painful.   but i'm feeling the results so it's so worth it.
