Birding Day - Downy Woodpecker

I was lucky to get out today and find a bunch of new and exciting birds....I had to post this Downy Woodpecker, as I was surprised to see him, and enjoyed getting his picture. Then there were bushtits in abundance, although getting close was no easy matter. The day ended with a hawk, and a few photos of ducks in flight near the pond.
