What is it about a highland cow that makes them totally irresistible? Is it their gorgeous, hairy coats in every shade of ginger - or just the way they look at you through that thick fringe?

Who cares - I defy any human being, once he/she has caught sight of this noble beast, not to let out an involuntary - Awwwwwh!. Here's a
