Puppy Love

I'm smitten with sweet puppy love. Meet my precious Martha.
She's the dog my friend adopted a few months ago and I claim as "Godchild."

I terribly miss having a furry four-legged family member, but we're not in a position to adopt one just yet. So in the meantime, I play Auntie to this beautiful Golden Labrador. She comes by to visit several times a week and I get to keep her when her mommy is out of town. Today she came by and hung out for the afternoon. I like that she feels right at home here :)
