Busy, busy day!

Alan out to school.
Look over interview questions for this afternoon.
Interviewing (along with David and R from the management company we are using) for an additional carer for Alan.
Quick lunch.
Collect Alan from school early as he had orthotics appointment.
Home, dinner and discussion of interview and interviewee.
Preparation of starter and dessert for tomorrow night. Will make the lasagne tomorrow.

Fingers crossed we have found the right person to add to the current team of one (the one being the fabulous Marion). 2nd part of interview will take place at our house next Wednesday when the interviewee will have the chance to meet Alan. It all feels strange but exciting. The first step to imcreasing our boy's independence.
