Sneaky

Today was mostly about relaxing and pottering about. With the occasional glass of wine and bit of food thrown in for good measure.

I discovered though that depression is a sneaky thing and had hidden in the corner of my suitcase to pop out unexpectedly this evening. Being with family helped to beat it into submission (aided by more wine and food - and then sunshine)
