Flowing South (and East)

Thanks to all who liked my entry yesterday, The Dark in the Moon, enough for me to get my very first Spotlight - was catching up on writing Blip comments when the email came through, very late last night - it's something quite special!

Meanwhile, today is a miserable son of a day, weatherwise, with a complete wall of greyish whiteness, with a hint of dank mixed in. Not enough to liven up 'sunrise', so my view of the Avon is the opposite to yesterday's forbidding doom - a white-out. Twenty-five second exposure allows for movement in the water and foreground.

Lens is 14mm, on full-frame. DX eqv 9mm. Not a fisheye and with the angle of view - 114 degrees - almost 1/3rd of everything, absolutely perpendicular so as to not induce falling-over backwards syndrome.
