Dummy Fairy

There are many ways people use to get their children to give up their dummies, pacifiers, comforters, probably as many names for them as ways of giving them up.
For the twins, Isabella and Harriet, it's time for them to go although they only generally have them at bedtime.
Marlane told them that we could give them to the fairies in our garden, they would then take them to new babies who didn't have dummies. They liked the idea and Julia pretended to send the dummies to us, from Cyprus.
This evening, Cyprus time, we showed them pictures of the money the fairies had left, rather like the tooth fairy, and their two personal fairies, Bluebell and Petunia, were in attendance.
They were absolutely thrilled and couldn't stop giggling and the look of wonderment on their faces was just a picture. Wish I'd taken a photo of their faces.
The fairies also left a card for them with a message of thanks.
I think our work here is done HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
