Mary Jane cooking up a storm!

Mary Jane is a long time friend of Terry and Richard....she has been staying with us for the past few days, while she is figuring out whether to buy a property close by! She is many things.....an ordained buddhist nun, a wilderness seeker, a traveler and a certified cook! For the past 3 evenings Mary Jane has been in the kitchen creating delicious dinners for us.

She has a young friend with her, Nick....he's a guy with many talents....maybe i'll blip him tomorrow....woodsman, permaculture practitioner and computer guy!!! He spent some time with me last night and it blew my mind. What i DON'T know about how this whole mechanism works is daunting!

However, i have to say i'm very happy to be uploading my first image here, completely dealt with in Lightroom!!! Hallelujah.... i'm still miles away from understanding this complex program, but i'm a little closer than i was just over a week ago! Videos on the internet have been wonderful! i know it's not the best image...the exposure was way off....and i only tweaked it a bit...but still, i loved her exuberant expression!
