Well, it is Edinburgh

The Chipwrapper is a bit of a stopped clock - mostly wrong but sometimes, just sometimes ... but still it feels wrong for it to be using inadequate provision for cyclists as a stick to beat the Council about the trams when usually it's happy to use even the inadequate provision for cyclists as a stick to beat the Council over the inconvenience to the hard-pressed, otherwise law-abiding motorists when they're being so harshly treated for little things like driving illegally in bus lanes or parking wherever they please.

But you have to laugh at this cycle lane. About a foot wide (although you can see from the line between the tracks that it is officially the minimum required width) jammed between the pavement and the tram tracks. You'd think the elliptical bike wheels would be a clue that if you can't draw them as proper circles, it's not wide enough.
