Pow!

There were some fab reflections in ducco today but this one packed the knock out Blip for me.
Busy day with Warrant of Fitness for car, Mothers exercise class and then 2 hours at the dental school for me. I always dread these visits as the dental chairs are no designed for comfort and always send my pain levels sky high. Finally home to a couple of hours in horizontal position and some analgesic relief before heating up some vegetable soup to sup in front of the TV. Exhausting!!
